This was a relatively short-lived product. Introduced in 1990, made in China for the USA based Tara Toy Corp. All the backing cards state model # 15890 regardless of colour.

There are a number of colour combinations.

• Blue costume with ‘Flash’ Highlights and a Yellow Cape
• Black costume with Brown Cape and a Ninja-style face mask
• White & Blue costume with Red Cape and a Ninja-style face mask
• Red costume with Blue Cape and a Ninja-style face mask

The blister pack features a Yellow costume with Red Cape but it appears that colour combination was never produced.
