Description

Miyazawa Friction Convertible Vessel Warship or Cruise Liner Japan c1950.

The good news is this model has retained 99% of the lithograph work and presents nicely with the ‘flipping’ variation from Liner to Battleship working with only minor assistance required.

Missing is the front wheel and it has been off for sometime allowing the front under-side colour to be worn and rusty. There is meant to be a small flag mast at the stern but that is also missing.

It is an un-boxed model. The friction motor works and the motor wheels with the rubber tyres are intact. It does not roll with the front wheel missing and I expect the friction unit will need servicing to make it fully operational.
